The iService Desk enables customers to electronically submit work requests and to monitor the status of the request.

How To Submit a New Work Request
  1. Click “Submit a Work Request” in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select which type of work is to be performed.
  3. Complete the request form. All fields in RED are required fields.
  4. Press “Submit” once you have filled in all necessary information.
  5. A confirmation page will be displayed after submitting your work request. Once the work request is processed, you will receive an e-mail with your work order number.

How To Monitor Status of a Request
The iService Desk offers the means to monitor work progress through either a request number or work order number.

On the left hand side menu, choose either the “Work Request” or “Work Order” number option under “Search by Number.” Enter the corresponding number and click the arrow button to start your search.

**Note: When initially submitting your request, a confirmation page is displayed with your request number for future reference. If the request number is not recorded before you navigate away from this page, the number can be retrieved through the “Query Request” option on the left hand side menu.
